Main Responsibilities
We're looking to recruit a Guest Service Assistant at our Sleeperz Hotel in Cardiff City Centre.
You will be responsible for welcoming guests at reception, food & beverage service, cooking in the kitchen and ensuring our guests stay is as pleasant as possible.
Skills and Experience
You will be over 18 (due to alcohol serving) and be vibrant, outgoing and customer service driven. Excellent command of the English language is also essential.
Experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential as we will be recruiting for this position on personality and enthusiasm.
Shift Information
You'll work a 39 hour week with hours ranging from 6.00am to very late over 7 days.
