Great location and although near trains you can’t hear them.
Good: Welsh cakes nice touch on arrival. Staff friendly. Bad: Maybe have a better close on the toilet door in the room. Service in restaurant could be a little faster.

Good: Breakfast good, location great. Bad: The only thing I didn't like was having to buzz in after 11 and give your details to the porter through the intercom to get back in .
